a 2-week tour of Scotland made possible by attaching a work trip in the middle.
We spent the first week touring the country via trains and busses and many many miles of walking. WE began with a few days in Glasgow, then Fort William, and Inverness. We spent the second week in Edinburgh.
Glasgow
A relatively light few days of photography as we shook off our jetlag and did lots of indoor tours.
Fort William
Toured Fort William for a short overnight with a hike around the base of Ben Nevis.
Inverness
Inverness with a side trip to Kessock. Also an absolutely brutal hike near Ben Macdui in Caringorms National Park.Â
